What are we actually doing here? đź‘€

I’ve been thinking about life a lot lately.

Not the “how do I make my business work” or “what habits should I build” kind of thinking 🤣

More like… what are we actually doing here?

Because sometimes I look around and wonder how many people live their entire lives without ever questioning what life actually is.

We wake up, go to work, pay the bills, go on holidays, see our friends, have hobbies, maybe get married, have children, buy a house…

And then we do it all again.

And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with any of those things.

But what if that’s not the whole point?

What if we came here to actually EXPERIENCE life?

The highs, yes.

The love, excitement, joy, adventure, connection, pleasure, laughter.

But also the heartbreak, disappointment, uncertainty, grief, fear, challenges and everything in between.

Because I think this is where we experience life the most.

Through growth.

Through the moments that completely change us.

Through the experiences that force us to look at ourselves and ask questions we’ve never asked before.

Who am I?

What do I actually want?

What do I believe?

Why do I react this way?

What am I afraid of?

What if there is another way?

And maybe this is why I’ve become so fascinated with all of this work.

Because the more I learn about myself, the more I realise that there is SO much more to life than what we can see with our eyes.

There is our inner world.

Our emotions. Our thoughts. Our beliefs. Our intuition. Our energy. Our consciousness.

And then there is this whole mysterious thing we call life that we still understand so little about. 🤭

Sometimes I think we get so caught up in the 3D world and everything that needs to be done, that we forget that we are actually living a once-in-a-lifetime human experience.

Like… we are literally here. On this planet. Experiencing consciousness through a human body.

And we’re worried about answering emails. 🤣

I don't know exactly what the meaning of life is.

And honestly, I don't think anyone does.

But I do know that I don't want to sleepwalk through mine.

I want to experience it.

I want to feel it.

I want to learn from it.

I want to grow through the hard parts instead of only wishing for the easy ones.

I want to be curious about who I am and why I am here.

And I want to keep asking the questions.

Because maybe the point isn't to finally “figure life out”.

Maybe the point is to actually live it. ❤️

With all my love,

Darja x

I’ve been in a bit of a funk this week 🥹 And it got me thinking about something I feel like we don’t talk about enough: What happens when life feels heavy, and you suddenly find yourself reaching for the old familiar ways of coping? The habits you’ve been trying to leave behind. The things you told yourself you were “done with.” The decisions you know don’t necessarily lead you where you want to go. Because when we’re overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply going through a heavier...

If you still believe that getting the promotion, earning X amount of money, getting married, having a baby, buying the house, moving to your dream country… …will suddenly make everything in your life better and make you magically happy, I'm here to deliver the bad news. Don't shoot the messenger 🫣 Those things can absolutely bring you joy. But they will never be able to take away the anxiety. The feeling that everything is on fire. The feeling of being pulled in 17 different directions at...

I noticed myself being more anxious these last couple of weeks. More than the usual ADHD anxious 🤭 And because I'm so deep in my self-development and healing in this cycle of life, it was quite noticeable for me. So I did what I always do when I notice myself feeling more anxious: I started paying attention to my thoughts. Because from my experience, if you want to get to the bottom of why you're feeling anxious, one of the best places to start is by noticing your thought patterns. Our...
